Lisa Curreri
If the decades of my life have taught me anything, it is love where you live. The better part of my adult years have been on St. Thomas, where I married, raised a family, and built a real estate company. I would love to share the pleasures and the pitfalls of island living.
Rosie Nichols
Having relocated to St. Thomas in 1995, my husband David and I chose to buy raw land and build from scratch. Almost thirty years later we are still enjoying our home. I know the process of building, and maintaining, in a tropical environment.
How the firm works
Two brokers, no handoff
Curreri & Company has been an exclusive, all-broker firm since 1999, and today it is two people. There is no junior agent to pass you along to. You get Lisa or Rosie, and whichever of us you get has very likely stood on the property you are asking about.
Between them that is more than forty years working on this island, and living, building and riding out storms on it.
