Privacy Policy

The short version

This website does not ask you for anything. There are no forms to fill out, no accounts to create, and no newsletter to sign up for. If you want to reach us, you call or email us directly, and that conversation happens between you and us, not through this site.

What we collect

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how people use this site: which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device they use. This information is aggregated. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers through this website.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. If you would rather not be counted, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's own opt-out browser add-on. The site works exactly the same either way.

Who else is involved

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (things like IP addresses and requested pages) for security and reliability. The fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google when a page loads. Neither arrangement gives us any personal information about you.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or share visitor information with anyone. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not send marketing email, because we do not collect email addresses in the first place.

If you contact us

When you call or email us, we keep that correspondence the way any small business does: privately, and only for the purpose of working with you. We never add you to a mailing list.

Changes

If the site ever starts doing more (for example, a contact form or property listings search), we will update this page to say exactly what changed. The effective date above always tells you when this policy was last revised.
